On the afternoon of October 12th, Dai Dongchang, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and deputy director of the Economic Committee, led a research team from the Highway Bureau of the Ministry of Transport to Jiaxing and Xiaoshan service areas to investigate the mobile charging robot "Tule Charge" project of Shitu Technology Company and cross-regional Mobile energy dispatch system.
