The inaugural Community Development (International) Expo, a three-day event, concluded on November 15th at the Western China International Expo City in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. This grand event, themed "Communities Make Life Better," brought together resources from community development stakeholders across 17 countries and regions. It attracted over 100 exhibitors and more than 10,000 attendees, resulting in numerous cooperation agreements. With its clear focus on "showcasing achievements through scenarios, promoting in-depth exchanges, and precisely driving transformation," the expo injected momentum into the high-quality and sustainable development of urban and rural communities.

As the first international exhibition in my country's community development field, this year's Community Expo closely follows the Party Central Committee's directive to "improve people's quality of life," creating a showcase for high-quality development of urban and rural communities. The expo comprises five core sections: policy promotion, technology demonstration, scenario building, product promotion, and international exchange.

At the first Community Energy Expo, Shitu Technology showcased its mobile energy storage and charging robot solution, reshaping the community energy ecosystem and empowering green travel with an innovative model of "dynamic shared services + autonomous driving + energy storage technology." This solution addresses three core pain points currently facing community charging: parking space shortages leading to charging difficulties for residents, high renovation costs hindering property management upgrades, and frequent safety hazards such as illegal charging cables.

At the technical architecture level, the mobile energy storage and charging robot possesses several innovative features: it achieves precise vehicle location and charging through embodied intelligent path planning technology; and it is equipped with a smart energy management system to achieve AI scheduling and data visualization. Its product portfolio covers three major scenarios: mobile energy storage and charging services, fixed supercharging stations, and virtual power plant platforms, meeting the diverse needs of different users.

The business model is driven by two engines: providing "zero-infrastructure" smart energy solutions for communities, reducing transformation costs through dynamic sharing services; and promoting low-carbon economic development at the societal level. The innovative cooperation model introduces a flexible employment mechanism, allowing residents to participate in charging service operations, while the community coordinates site and power access to jointly build a distributed energy network.

Future plans indicate that Shitu Technology will deepen its "mobile + fixed" hybrid charging network layout, combining renewable energy sources such as photovoltaics and wind power to form a diversified and collaborative energy infrastructure system. This solution has already been piloted in Beijing, Shanghai, and other locations, effectively verifying the feasibility of achieving community energy self-circulation through technological empowerment, and providing a green energy model for new urbanization construction.

Driven by both technological and business model innovation, Shitu Technology has not only solved the community charging problem but also promoted the transformation and upgrading of energy management from "rigid infrastructure" to "flexible services," providing a replicable solution for building a green, intelligent, and convenient community energy ecosystem.
